"Clare is one of the most encouraging, positive, motivating and inclusive people you could ever meet. Together with her incredible yoga expertise and professionalism, I could not recommend Little buds yoga more highly.

As someone who suffers from anxiety, going to Clare's weekly classes over the past 6 months has, I believe, transformed my experience of pregnancy. The benefits speak for themselves in terms of feeling calm, relaxed and connected with my body and bump. I would encourage everyone to at least give it a go as before long you will be hooked for sure!"

"I joined Flower Yoga with a friend at the beginning of the year, having attended a few classes in the past but not feeling very connected to the sessions.

Clare seems to have a knack of creating an atmosphere that is so positive and rewarding and the class format is both relaxing and pitched at just the right level to keep us challenged and improving that her classes have become a highlight of my week and if I have to miss one I am really disappointed."

"I never used to think yoga was for me, feeling that I didn't have the patience for it or fit the yoga stereotype. But that was just because I had never found the right class before!  Sure enough, since coming to the class I can now say that I'm a yoga convert!

The yoga is also challenging and fun and we're always trying new things so it never gets old. We end the session with relaxation, which after a hard work out is so lovely with Clare's calming voice that I could drift off every time. I always leave the class feeling so much more relaxed and positive about things in general."
