Your Personal Data

Personal data is collected by Flower Yoga for the purpose of your health and safety at your Flower Yoga class and for meeting insurance company criteria. Your health information is also used to meet your individual personal needs in your Flower Yoga class. 

Flower Yoga may use your preferred contact telephone number to contact you about urgent class changes – Flower Yoga will only do this if you are expected to attend the class. If you do not wish Flower Yoga to contact you on your telephone number, please inform Flower Yoga by email. 

When you complete a Flower Yoga registration form, you will be required to give details of a named emergency contact. This information is collected solely for use in an emergency in case Flower Yoga needs to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party and only in the case of an emergency.

Your registration details entered into the Flower Yoga registration forms will be stored securely for a period of 4 years after your last class with Flower Yoga, as per Flower Yoga insurance recommendations.

Collection and use of your personal data

All information gathered by TeamUp or on paper for Flower Yoga is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. Information is kept securely on the TeamUp secure servers and can only be viewed by Clare Hopper. You may update or correct your contact or physical information at any time by informing Flower Yoga by email, or by signing into your TeamUp account and editing your completed forms. If you wish to review how your information is used or request its return to you, please email Flower Yoga. You may, of course, decline to submit personal information to Flower Yoga, in which case Flower Yoga will not provide services to you.

Flower Yoga requires you to complete a registration form when enrolling on a Flower Yoga class, in doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being stored to enable Flower Yoga to contact you. You may, of course, decline to submit personal information to Flower Yoga, in which case Flower Yoga will not provide services to you.

When completing a Flower Yoga registration form, your email address will be automatically added to the Flower Yoga mailing list. You can change the email preferences at any time after joining the mailing list by contacting Flower Yoga.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Flower Yoga may update its privacy policy from time to time, and so we recommend that you review the policy periodically. When we change the policy in a material way, we will update the last modified date found at the top of the privacy policy.
