Please note: If you have any medical issues that may impact on your yoga practice, please call me to discuss your options before attending a class.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha ('ha' meaning 'sun', 'tha' meaning 'moon' in Sanskrit) yoga is a unifying, gentle style of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breathing (pranayama).

Little Buds Pregnancy Yoga

Attendance from 14 weeks onward. 
Wear clothes that you're able to easily move in, and bring a blanket for padding and a pillow for your relaxation.

  • Improve sleep.
  • Reduces aches and pains experienced during pregnancy.

  • Most importantly, gives you time to connect to your baby and your body.
Price Information:
  • £9 per class*
*An upfront payment of 5/6 weeks is required to save your space in class. However if you're unable to attend a class in the term, your unused class will be credited to your TeamUp account to be used in the following term.

Baby Blossoms Parent and Baby Yoga

One hour of yoga and then a cup of tea/coffee and a homemade biscuit or cake afterwards. Enjoy some time with your body and your baby after welcoming your little one into the world!
Benefits of Mum and Baby Yoga:
  • Rebuild and tone the muscles throughout your body, including your upper body, abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles.
  • We can also improve your sleep, and provide you with relaxation techniques to use at home.
  • You will also meet other new mums, local to the area. You're most welcome to attend from 6 weeks after delivery to your little ones crawling.

Special Petals Yoga Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Additional Needs

O​ne to one yoga and mindfulness therapy sessions for children and young adults with additional needs, ranging from Dyslexia and Dyspraxia to Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome. ​One hour sessions will take place in the child's home. For more information, please get in touch.

Mindful Yoga & Meditation by Candlelight

Join us once a month for mindful yoga and meditation by candlelight. Take part in a slow, peaceful yoga practice followed by a guided mindful meditation in a safe, calming atmosphere.

Suitable for all abilities.

Fertility Yoga

Fertility Yoga is yoga and relaxation techniques for those who are experiencing issues with conception. It aims to support couples with fertility problems, whether they are undergoing medical treatments or seeking a natural alternative.

Fertility Yoga cannot guarantee a baby or successful medical treatments, however it can lower your stress levels associated with infertility, support reproductive health and prepare your body.
Elements of Fertility Yoga:
  • Pranayama – breathing techniques.
  • Meditation and visualisation.
  • Gentle, nurturing yoga practice.
  • Relaxation and Yoga Nidra.
